How quickly will I receive a response?
We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If you've contacted us outside of business hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we can on the next working day.
Do you offer a free meet and greet?
Yes! We offer a free, no-obligation meet and greet before any regular services begin. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your pet, discuss their routine and answer any questions you may have.

Hooley's Hounds is based in Plympton and proudly provides services throughout Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, simply get in touch. We'll always do our best to accommodate you where possible.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
The more information you can provide, the better! Let us know a little about your pet, the service you're interested in, your location, and any preferred dates or times. This helps us respond with the most accurate information.
Do you offer bespoke services?
Absolutely! Every pet and every owner is different. If you're looking for something a little different to our standard services, we'd love to hear from you and will do our best to create a package that suits your needs.
