What happens during a pet home visit?
Every visit is tailored to your pet's individual needs. Depending on your requirements, we can provide feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, companionship, medication (where agreed), and plenty of fuss and attention.
We'll discuss your pet's routine during our initial consultation to ensure they receive the care they're used to while you're away.
What types of pets do you visit?
Although Hooley's Hounds specialises in dogs, we're happy to care for a variety of small household pets, including cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals.
If you're unsure whether we can help, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, where appropriate and agreed in advance.
Please let us know about any medication your pet requires during your consultation, including dosage and administration instructions. We'll always ensure your pet receives the care they've been prescribed.
Can you visit my home while I'm at work or away?
Absolutely! Whether you're working long hours, enjoying a day out or away on holiday, we can provide scheduled home visits to ensure your pet receives the care, companionship and attention they need.
Can you provide updates during each visit?
Yes! We know how reassuring it is to know your pet is happy and well.
After each visit, we're happy to provide an update, including photos where appropriate, so you can see how your pet is getting on.
