• provide the Services requested;
• manage bookings and invoices;
• communicate with you regarding your pet or booking;
• liaise with veterinary professionals where necessary;
• plan and deliver Wedding Chaperone Services, including communicating with venues, photographers, wedding coordinators or nominated contacts where required to provide the agreed Services;
• respond to emergencies;
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Data is stored securely using password protected and encrypted devices where appropriate.

Paper records are stored securely.

Where appropriate, personal information may also be stored electronically using secure cloud-based services, email and accounting software for the purposes of managing bookings, contracts, invoices and client communications. Hooley's Hounds takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is only accessible to authorised persons and is protected against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Your information will not be sold.

Information may only be shared:
• with veterinary professionals in emergencies;
• with insurers or legal representatives where required;
• with wedding venues, photographers, videographers, celebrants, wedding planners or nominated wedding contacts where reasonably necessary to provide Wedding Chaperone Services;
• where legally obligated.

Records may be retained for up to 5 years following the end of services unless a longer retention period is legally required.

• correction of inaccurate data;
• deletion of your data where legally permissible.
